At Miami International Boat Show 2014 AM Americas Inc. and Tohatsu America Corporation teamed up and presented in a joint event the new Alessandro Marchi™ RIB29’ and RIB22’ Fisherman powered by the roaring Tohatsu 225HP.
Mr. Mitsuru Kaneko, President of Tohatsu Corporation, blessed the signature of OEM agreement between the two USA based companies, by participating to a test drive in the Miami Marina Bay waters. Mrs. Vicki Ding and Mr. Stefano Pipino, respectively CEO and Managing Director of Hypart Enterprises Ltd, welcomed Mr. Kaneko at his arrival. The companies will propose packaged products -made of a tender powered with a Tohatsu engine- to North American market granting the best quality products and services at reasonable price.
Mr. Hiroshi Wakabayashi, President of Tohatsu America Corporation, who accompanied Mr.Kaneko on test driving, revealed he is looking forward the positive results of this agreement with AM Americas Inc. on Alessandro Marchi™ Rigid Inflatable Boats and AM Tenders™ powered by Tohatsu outboard motors. Mr. Doug Spark, President of AM Americas, is working on the cooperation platform to reach the mutual satisfaction of the two companies: the market is requesting design boats with outstanding performances with a price point. We are going to satisfy this demand with the best Italian design RIBs and the proverbial perfection of Japanese technology, President Spark said.
